A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Actively participate in the process by responding to requests for documents or updates.
Understand that lack of participation may affect results.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action against you.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts of users who are repeat infringers may be terminated.
